German firm unveils plan to build $1.6b stainless steel plant in Hà Tĩnh Province

German company VFT Industry UG has unveiled a plan of building a stainless-steel factory with a total investment of 1.5 billion euros (US$1.6 billion) in the central province of Hà Tĩnh.
